It's small; 1 can feed 2, when supplemented with a salad.These are my favorite pizza crust or just plain flat bread. Yes, of course, it's inferior to a gluten-based pizzeria-baked crust, but this is the equal of any supermarket-sold pre-baked pizza crust out there. And by that I mean it is the equal of any gluten-based supermarket-sold pre-baked pizza crust. It is far superior to any other gluten-free pizza crust out there, many of which taste like silly putty. This tastes just like a good pizza crust. And when you're on a gluten-free diet, a good pizza crust is as good as it gets.Love these! They are a staple in our house. And always useful in a pinch since they stay fresh in the freezer. I cut with a big knife into quarters and often make quick broiled pizza slices for kids' school lunches using pasta sauce and frozen shredded mozz. Top with roasted butternut squash, spinach, thyme and goat cheese for a fancy appetizer. Top with cinnamon, sugar and honey then vanilla ice cream for a kids dessert pizza.
