So, during baking these my house ran into a health emergency that quickly became the main focus (of course) and in doing what we could after the instructions weren’t followed during said situation the final product was still very delicious and helped the house become grounded. Everyone in the house is alive and we will buy the cinnamon rolls again to attempt following the instructions as they are written.I have desired a good cinnamon roll for years now that is gluten free. I have tried some that are dry and crumbly or super dense and not very good. These muffins are good easy to make. My kids enjoy them. I warm them up and put some butter on them. We did not make icing for them. I will purchase again in the future and try them with the icing.I added a little milk . It was easy to make and tasted goodThese Gluten-free cinnamon rolls turned out delicious! The best I have had in years and years. I did add some pecans and raisins to the cinnamon sugar mix before I rolled it up and it was absolutely delicious. I also cut them smaller so that I can enjoy them a little longer and also share!These are a nice gluten free option though I found it to be pricey for the texture and taste. They used to make a gluten free cinnamon caramel roll mix that I feel was moister and tastey.I've cooked all my life including from scratch muffins, buns, etc.This is a terrible recipe, difficult to make. I doubt the manufacturer even tested it. Don't bother.These are okay, definitely not worth the price or calories. They were dense and dry which is a problem with many gf baked goods.These we delicious! I added frosting to make them more like cinnamon rolls and they turned out perfect! I did have a little trouble with the directions because the titles blended in with the ingredients and I have never baked with yeast before. However, they were amazing!
