Honestly, it's better than a lot of whey protein I've had in the past. The flavor is fairly neutral if you're already used to scarfing down protein powder. I'd recommend mixing it into a shake with powered peanut butter or the like.Protein powder doesn't fully dissolve no matter how much stirring. I purchased product for the protein.This has a terrible smell. I wanted to use as a hot drink. No flavor and taste sour. Tried with quinoa and it smelled sour. Contacted seller. No response. Don't waste your money.No tiene muy buen sabor!!!This powder is very hard to dissolve and it has a very strong flavor, which makes it very hard to drink as a blended drink.I would not recommend it.
