Great productSaid it allMy wife has celiac...so we are in a GF household....I am NOT GF so I am exposed to a # of GF items I can compare to non-GF....and overall this pasta is not bad! It holds up fairly well...has good flavor and texture....I think we will be buying again! These days...with stores gouging you for ANYTHING "GF"....you need to save money where you can.....Literally the best gluten free pasta I've found, and we've tried a bunch. Great texture and taste. The most comparable to gluten pasta put there, just doesn't store as well (like all GF pastas). Make it fresh and you're golden!This product is a necessity in our house as a member is gluten intolerant. It is one of the best GF pastas on the market and I am quite pleased I was able to obtain it.Good taste. It’s great with marinara sauce!
