The thing I missed about being a ceiliac was I could not eat any broccoli and cheese soup at my favorite resturant Panera. I can make my own soup now with this mix and it tastes oh so good. I can freeze it in small containers and have it anytime I want. You can add whatever cheeses you want. You can make it as thick or thin as you choose. This Is a great line of gluten free food mixes.This is not a mix, it’s just a seasoning packet! Shipping pricing is outrageous. A total waste of money.
