They don’t come in time. Get’ em**update**It has been 3 weeks. Joint pain is entirely gone. Still taking 2 a day. Have not noticed any other changes. People complain about the taste, which is a bit surprising. I let the capsule dissolve in my mouth. Kind of a grassy with a slightly fruit sweet flavor. Like vegetables, more or less.I got my booster shot Jan 7th of this year. A day later I started experiencing unusual joint pain in left elbow and right knee.This was odd enough, but it continued to last even get worse, 4 weeks later.I started taking Texas Superfoods Feb 7th. They recommend 6 a day, but I've only been doing 2 a day. One after breakfast, one after lunch. Within 4 days, the pain started to diminish.Now at 11 days, it's almost entirely gone. Can hardly notice any joint pain at all. Not saying correlation equals causation, but seems there could be.I'll update this if anything changes, for better or worse.I don't know if this works or not, but I don't eat a balanced diet and use this to try to improve on my fruit and vegetable servings. What I DO know is that the price has gone up 30% since last year.I’m not crazy about the flavor but it’s tolerable, I usually haven’t a problem swallowing pills they are somewhat large more difficult than other supplements the price I’d give it fair although the ingredients are better than the competitors and the price of their supplements are way over the top it’s rediculous and it contains soy which blew my mind! Hopefully I see more results the longer I take
