Having tried a few different brands of chicken bone broth I opted for this product given it is a small business which I enjoy supporting. Generally I find that there is product consistency with small businesses. I also need good health in today's whirlwind and challenging environment. At 73 I enjoy life to the max! This chicken bone broth is definitely the finest I have had to date ... it is rich in color, deep in flavor and tastes delicious. It is convenient to have the MW pouch ... however, I pour about 8 oz. into a cup and MW for 1 minute. Chicken bone broth is great nourishment for my gut and has always improved my immune system. Please give yourself a good health tonic and buy this product ... I drink it plain. It can be used in many ways.I bought this because I have tasted it before and it is fantastic, both in quality and taste. I highly recommend Taking Stock products!The quality is outstanding! I like the flavor and the all natural ingredients.It tasted like just ordinary chicken stock. Bone broth should contain collagen. When you refrigerate it it has a jell like consistency. This did not.As part of a healthy eating reset program I was introduced to this broth. I was skeptical but I started drinking it like I would coffee or tea, right out of a mug, and it's super yummy and filling. I'm also glad to be supporting a women-owned small business, and one that's founded by an actual chef. LOVE this stuff.We have been buying this from Whole Foods and was so happy to see we can now buy this delicious and nutritious bone broth in larger quantities!! The perfect foundation for all meals or a sipping cup of nourishment. Highly recommend.
