I've been learning chinese cooking the last few years for fun. I'm gluten intolerant so it being gluten free is a bonus. This soy sauce is defintiely the best I've used in terms of taste and quality. It's a bit lighter than some other very strong tasting ones, but very very good. Got a great balance. I don't use any other soy sauce now.
