Started this just before a 3 week summer roadtrip.I adapted a two jar system to minimize mess or fuss Have used every morning and feeling great. I’m alert but not buzzed. Feel good all day. I cut back to one rounded teaspoon because was struggling to settle down after a day on the road Olive jar holds about half the bag. Spoon into small jar, add 4 oz of water, shake, drink, add more water, shake, drink- yeah it taste green as heck but the orange helps a lot. Doing it as a shot instead of a drink and then having normal morning liquids including coffee Both jars fit easily in my luggage with no mess I’m pretty impressed by how my body is utilizing this. All systems in good working order despite sitting in a car all day eating not great road meals and plenty of energy for driving, walking dogs, etc.
