We Love this, I do doctor it a bit by adding milk and vanilla and walnuts and this is by far my FAVORITE GLUTEN-FREE chocolate chip cookie mix, my family loves it and I can't keep cookies around long, YUMMY!!!These cookies are delicious and easy to make!Guest will never guess they are gluten freeJUST A TIP ...THIS COOKIE MIX IS AWESOME , BUT I ADDED 1TBSP G/F VANILLA EXTRACT TO MY MIX AND 1 TBSP OF SUGAR, I USE MY SMALL ICE CREAM SCOOP TO PORTION THESE OUT AND THEY MAKE 23 COOKIES AND ITS A GOOD SIZE NOT TO SMALL NOR TOO BIG. IN THE OVEN AT 400 DEGREES AND OUT IN 10 MINUTES NO MORE AND LET THEM SIT FOR ATLEAST 15 MINUTES IF YOU CAN.Best gluten free cookies! They’re quick and easy to make. I suggest using a small ice cream scooper. My cookies turned out best when I used a smaller scooper.You would never know these are gluten free. Yum. They taste great.Good taste.You know how GF baked goods have that sortof gritty taste? And how you can always tell it's GF because of the texture? You seriously cannot tell the difference between these and Nestle toll house cookies. Absolutely delicious. One thing to be aware of is when you take them out of the oven (follow the time instructions!) they will almost look like they're not done. Do it anyway or you'll have burnt cookies.
