I'm familiar with Kikkoman products having bought quite a number of products over the decades. Top-notch quality and flavour, and something that's absolutely imperative for me is that I can have all these gluten-free so convenient!I'm so sensitive to gluten (wheat, rye, oats, barley) that even dextrin, maltodextrin, dextrose and maltodextrose are manufactured from these 4 grains that I learned the hard way how they're made and have had to read the labels *very* carefully - even products that say they're manufactured in a plant that packages wheat have made me seriously ill.What I really like about Kikkoman gluten-free products is they're scrupulous about maintaining a gluten-free manufacturing process. So putting together a safe manufacturing process, flavourful products at a good price point is why I've been a loyal customer! As someone who has serious food sensitivities, I can highly recommend Kikkokam gluten-free products.
