Love the crust, cook on 375 in the middle of the oven with a little water in a try below and it comes out risen more like regular pizza dough, crispy on outside with soft slightly chewy inner.I also can’t eat dairy and have tried the vegan banza pizza too and it was ok but by taking lactase, with the small amount of dairy cheese on here, I can tolerate it. The flavour of the cheese they use is the game changer in terms of taste. Incredible! I always further enhance the toppings by spooning a little tomato paste around the rim, adding herbs, garlic black pepper & extra toppings. Really delicious, 100% recommend.
