There used to be a restaurant called Bobby Rubino's. Along with really good baby back ribs, they had a seedy flatbread I loved. I'm not generally into the trail mix/granola/seed stuff, but I really liked theirs and I've kept an eye out for similar products.This one comes closest. I love the lightness of the rice base cracker, and the seeds it uses are all favorites of mine.They're a bit expensive, but I guess that's not unusual for specialty stuff like this. I ate them all before I could get cheese, but I think they'll go well with a nice Havarti (I ordered some caraway havarti to try, too)
