I like the product overall, but unfortunately sometime it is watery or dilute than the original, that is why I stopped buying it.Using the capsules at night helped me fall sleep. I thought that the drops would absorb quicker/better but I was incorrect in that assumption. You have to use more in order to achieve the same affectiveness.
