I love lara bars! They are gluten free and vegan, super healthy ingredients...tastes great! It's a win, win! Lara bars have been my go to snack for years. Great on the go snack or snack to bring when out and about to fulfill your hunger, but also stay healthy. They offer sooo many flavors and seasonal flavors too. I'm celiac so being gluten free is a must and I'm also dairy free so love these bars. The coconut creme pie is my personal favorite flavor and it reminds me of a coconut macaroon. I would say try out different flavors because everyone seems to have different flavors they like and dislike so I wouldn't judge if you tried one flavor and disliked because they offer so many and they all have different tastes. Texture is soft, thick with some crunch from the nuts but mostly soft and chewy. My daughter's favorite flavor is the chocolate chip cookie dough which I must admit is very tastey, however I prefer sticking to the flavors they have that use no added sugar and contains sugar only from the fruit such as the coconut creme pie flavor. Definitely recomend this bar if your gluten free, dairy free, vegan or really for anyone! I've given them as healthy Halloween treats too and used to babysit and kids seem to like them especially the chocolate flavored ones lol. Love lara bars!
