If God had gone to the kitchen cabinet and found he or she or whatever had run out of De Cecco Kamut Spaghetti,this is what he or she or whatever would want to find to have .Otherwise he or she or whatever would have to go to the nearest pasta shop in Italy.I have had much better gf tagliatelle before, the first lot I had to throw away after cooking, just a sloppy mess. 2nd try was better but still pretty awful, sticks together in clumps and the texture is not nice.Rubbish, expensive, waste of money. I have had better GF tagliatelle. This one just clumped up into a claggy mess. I bought this when we were at desperate measures and I couldn't even place a Doves Farm order. Thankfully all that has resolved. Doves Farm to the rescue.Absolutely lovely gluten free tagliatelle. Easy to cook. You would barely know it's actually gluten free!!Bought these for my mom who has celiac so has to have gluten free foods. She did say these were nicer than supermarket brands she's bought previously
