I have just recently started eating Paleo, so helpful information and recipes are greatly welcome. If you are trying to eat Paleo, or are gluten sensitive/intolerant, this makes a good addition to your cookbook collection, especially for people with busy schedules (and even if you aren't gluten sensitive, the recipes are great). The layout is easy and sensibly arranged. There are yummy recipes like Oriental Pepper Steak, Stuffed Peppers with Chicken, Very Berry Good Pork Roast, Lamb Stew with Vegetables and more. (I didn't even know you could make breads in a crockpot - gluten-free of course!) There is also a quick-start guide at the beginning that offers very helpful advice and all the recipes are clear and easy to follow with plentiful hints throughout. It's also a great value - plenty of recipes for a thrifty price. This would make an excellent foundation cookbook for anyone who would like gluten-free/paleo recipes for a slow cooker, offering a good variety of tasty dishes. Definite recommend.
