I used to use the Heinz gluten free spaghetti, but sadly they have confirmed it is discontinued. The supermarket brands I have tried have been generally awful. Having read the reviews, this was worth a try, I thought. It's GMO free too, according to a post I saw from Garofalo. Another bonus for some might be that it doesn't contain lupin flour which many people have issues with and is present in many gluten free products. When it started to cook, the water turned murky, as though it was turning to gloopy mush, ( as the original gluten free pastas did) but happily it wasn't, it's a bit like when you cook rice you haven't rinsed beforehand; the water turns cloudy . The pasta cooked in 10 minutes, and it was excellent, you could serve it without telling anyone it was gluten free and I doubt anyone would notice. It didn't need rinsing, didn't clump together and held the sauce well. I am very happy with this one !
