The quality of this shirt is really great it has this really nice thick material that is still flowy in a not stick to you in an unflattering kind of way. I think the arms may be on the shorter size in length for most people because I am short and it is just right in length for me maybe slightly shorter than I would like but I don't mind unbuttoning and rolling up but for me it was just perfect. Also I think it may be slightly short in the front for anyone tall. This is shorter in front and longer in back. The blue and pink look much better in person because there are details in the fabric that aren't really pictured that I am not quite sure how to explain, its like the seems run on the outside and have been ironed down so it gives the shirt a more edgy look than a typical button down. I really want this in the yellow mustard version even more now that I have this one. This runs large enough that I am hoping a M will fit when I bought this one in an XL and I am every bit and XL top heavy kinda gal. This is now one of my favorite shirts. LOVE IT.
