The Ayurvedashree punarnama powder has been helpful at eliminating excess fluids in my body. I am young, healthy, and lean. I drink a lot of water and on occasion it doesn't eliminate as quickly as other times. My health checkups are normal but this can be uncomfortable. The Punarnama powder seems to be helping to eliminate stored fluids. It is said to be good for the liver, kidneys, and digestion as well. It isn't unpleasant and I usually add it to a beverage. I will continue to use and and consider reordering.
