Bought these first at a small cheese shop and went through the entire jar in a couple of days. Just got them again through Amazon, and they're exactly how I remember: wonderful blend of acid, sweet, and heat. These definitely aren't a mainstream flavor, and I'm usually more of a kosher dill fan. But I grew up on farm canning, and these have a great home-processed feel. Also nice to know that what came through Amazon is 100% consistent flavor-wise with what we picked up in the store. Will definitely buy again.
