Omg it was awful. I cooked it as described for the time amount but it was still crunchy. So I cooked it a few moments longer and the stuff started clumping together in a giant ball of green vomit like unappetizing unappealing puke.I added a boat load of oil and butter to try and untangle the clump but the damage was done.It wasn't horrible to taste though. I definitely didn't hate it. But I've hate other veggie pastas that were a lot easier to cook and didn't stick together like glue...That said it's just meh. Pass upa little sticky, but overall texture and flavor are goodThe flavor was very much like wheat pastas. The consistency was very much like pasta and overall I feel like this product is a good value for the moneyThe taste was good, but the noodles are too sticky. They do not separate like noodles…just a blob. The taste is good.I usually like this brand, however, this particular ingredient mix is horribly gummy. The fewer ingredients, the better. Don't waste your money.Good productMy husband is allergic to pretty much everything that tastes good, so finding ingredients that he can eat AND don't taste weird can be tough. (On the can't-eat list: gluten, dairy, corn, nightshades and shellfish.) The red lentil rotini looks, feels and tastes *very* close to real pasta! Not to mention it has TONS of protein so I don't feel guilty when I have a pasta craving.Pro tip: The cooking instructions for the red lentil rotini say to cook for 8 minutes. If you do, you'll end up with mush! Set a timer for 5 1/2 minutes, then check the pasta for doneness.I like that it's made with vegetables, but I was surprised at the lack of significant fiber. Taste fine. I didn't realize it was angel hair pasta?
