I have used Solgar products for years and always turn to them. This is a very good clean choice for tart cherry. There are so many brands out there spouting how they are miracle pills or miracle juice that costs big bucks and they claim their product will instantly cure you of all aches and pains. Well, the bottom line is this is a great product, much less expensive then the others, high quality and they are not high pitched selling you with grandiose claims.My experience has taught me that we are all different, what works for one may not work for another. So listen to your body! Tart cherry can help some with aches and pains from arthritis and it also can help some with sleep issues . . But it will take some time. This is why the 2 pack bottle offer is so great. I am now towards the end of my first bottle of taking 2 pills a day and I now am slowing starting to feel a difference.
