My husband takes these vitamins daily. He says that they are absorbed easily & he likes them.I bought this product three weeks ago and I absolutely see the difference now. I used to feel very irritated and with low energy all day. Now, I feel great, however, I wonder if they are really vegan since in the package that I got was labeled as “vegetarian”.I was very curious about this product and tried it and was very happy with the men's vitamin. I really liked the packaging and how it was set up to be refilled. The vitamin self worked as advertised and I did feel better knowing that I was doing something good for my body and the environment.I took a break from my other multi because of this product’s high quality ingredients and will not switch back. I feel more energy and better overall. I am generally not one to switch brands and give a new supplement a try. I am very glad I did. This is a very well formulated product.
