I like that the bread is dense, substantial, dark with a decent amount of raisins. The loaf doesn't rise high enough to provide what I consider a full slice, leading to sometimes toasting two slices.I am gluten sensitive and had been use to eating a bagel for breakfast. I had been able to deal with deleting gluten containing food from other meals but I missed my cinnamon raisin bagel and this bread is a good replacement.Great flavor and texture.perfect sized slices for those who are trying to control portions. Will order it again. Thank you.
