I was looking for a vegan, gluten-free cookbook and for some reason (mostly the positive reviews) bought this book.HUGE WASTE OF MONEY!There were many errors and inconsistencies in the recipes, but most of all - NOTHING we made was worth the cost of the ingredients. And no, we're not kitchen or baking novices. We know what we're doing.I don't think the author is qualified to write a cookbook. Do some research prior to buying and make your own decision. This is basically an untested, unedited, self-published disaster.I'm not a conspiracy theorist, but in this case I do have serious doubts about the legitimacy of the positive reviews of this book.On a positive note, the author was responsive to email questions about the many errors in the book. But bottom-line: STEER CLEAR!Thanks!
