Used for many things but my favorite one is I like to use it for dipping fried shrimp in it.I put this on a lot of things. Brings out the flavor in the food. This is the best sauce I have got in a long timeI love his sauce. Cooking, dipping just yummy! After learning that mango is good for thyroid health, I started searching Amazon for some well rated and healthy options that contain pure mango. Here I landed... Gluten free, vegan, no artificial flavors, and dee~lish!!I love the purity of ingredients and would definitely say it's worth trying if you like mangoes! I rated it down one star because it's listed as spicy and we found it to be quite mild for our preferences.Fantastic for dipping or coating pineapple in, just as it is. Also makes a wonderful marinade for chicken. If you add some shredded coconut, it is super yummy to dip grilled fruits and veggies in as well! We haven't tried using it for salsa or pork yet but I'm sure both would also be delicious.Ours arrived as pictured and described and we didn't receive any broken or spilled bottles. We've had the 6 bottles for over 3 months and still have 3 left but we don't use it frequently. After the added Subscribe and Save savings, we felt this was an excellent value! Would recommend to others. Uploading some photos so you can get a closer look. Smile. Hope this is helpful! This is kind of like a spicy sweet & sour sauce. The consistency is great... it doesn't run and I can get it out of the bottle easy enough. The bottles aren't that big and sometimes I use a whole bottle at one time so I knew that even if I bought 6 bottles, they'd get used. I use it on different things... as a dip or to mix it with soy sauce for Chinese dumplings, etc. There are lots of ways to use it... I just grab it when it seems like it would be good and it always is!Thai Kitchen Sweet Red Chili Dipping Sauce has a wonderful chili pepper spicy bite, but doesn't bring tears to your eyes, or make you breathe fire like some red chili sauces will. The sweet, spicy heat is great for dipping, but is even better when used as a glaze, or marinade for meat and fish. Also goes well as a glaze on veggies (green beans, broccoli, winter and summer squash). Try it instead of tomato sauce in casseroles and soups. As you can tell, I've experimented with this in a lot of recipes. It's great in bean soups instead of, or in addition to tomato sauce. Try it on eggs, or in egg dishes. Just a tablespoon will add a spicy punch to tuna, pasta, and chicken salads. A chicken roasted with this as a glaze is marvelous. Add some additional garlic, and/or ginger to the glaze and you'll have a roasted chicken that people will ask for the recipe, or where did you buy it. Great product that I haven't exhausted the possibilities for. Nice to find on Amazon as you can't always find in the stores. Costco did offer in a BIG bottle, but no longer do. Try it. Price is good too.My husband and I use a lot of this great sauce. I know it says it's a dipping sauce, but we cook with it. I can't eat gluten, and Thai Kitchen has a lot of very tasty gluten-free products, this sauce being one of them. It's very versatile and can be used for all kinds of dishes, not just Oriental dishes. It's tangy but a little sweet too. You only need to use a little bit of it so a bottle of it goes a long way. The cost is a little cheaper in the store, but it's hit and miss as to whether I'll find it in stock. It's just a lot easier for me to order it through Amazon, and since I live 20 miles out of town and considering the price of gasoline, I think in the long run it's probably cheaper than driving all over town trying to find it in the grocery stores. I definitely save a lot of time ordering through Amazon and am finding myself ordering more and more as items become available at competitive prices. If you're on a gluten-free diet, this sauce will become a staple in your kitchen!
