My mom sang the praises of Vegit to me fifty years ago, and I'm carrying on her tradition. I recall her having it by her hospital bedside to add flavor to her hospital food. Her doctor came in, saw the bottle, assumed it had salt and told her to stop using it. She handed him the bottle to read the ingredients, and he said it's just fine to use.I especially like it when roasting chicken and making stuffed peppers.
