The capsules and formula is very similar to Irwin Naturals Testosterone, but this is significantly better formula wise and price wise. For the quality you're getting, it's good for its price being $12 - $15 (depending on Amazon sales).I've used Irwins Naturals and other brands like from Vitaminshoppe and this one hits consistently. Yes you have to take 4 capsules to get an effective dose, but its common sense being that you have a massive amount of herbs being squeezed into a capsule, so its to be expected you have to take 4 capsules, which are slightly smaller than a fish oil capsule, so no big deal.I mainly take this for energy and I do feel the raw energy from it elevating my test levels. However if you're not used to it, you may find yourself irritable or aggressive from that raw test energy, which is something I notice, so thats a sign that it does work. You may want to take this with food as its a hit or miss with it either making me nauseous or upset if I take this on an empty stomach in the mornings, so I take it with my breakfast.Overall it works. Probably won't work as much if you already have a perfect lifestyle with working out and eating healthy, but I know I'm not perfect and I do need a push on some days to get my workouts in being slightly overweight, so this does help me. I also find it good as an alternative to caffeine as I am cutting out energy drinks and pre-workouts, so this stuff right here does the trick as a raw energy pick me up.
