these are especially dense and very crunchy. I wouldn't really compare these to panko. they're more like coarse crumbs. panko is fluffier and lighter. I'm not sure I'd like to use these as breading. we use them for a crunchy topping to certain baked items we make but I wouldn't want to use in large amounts due to how hard larger pieces of it can be.Love buying in bulk.They are very useful for the gluten free cook. Crisp and crunchy without that slightly slimey mouthfeel some rice based products offer.Once in a while I whirl some in the food processor when I want a finer texture. Pretty much no one knows they are gluten free.this bread crumbs is good. i love the taste.The taste is good. They are VERY crisp so I would recommend softening them with liquid when adding to dishes such as meatballs or meatloaf.Excellent for breading french-fried chicken and fish. The crumbs brown evenly and remain crunchy. Makes excellent binder for crab cakes when combined with an egg. Very tasty.If you like Gluten-Free and like Panko, this is the product for you. You can season them anyway you want.This product is rarely in Supermarkets, and is really good. I'm Grain free, but I can still enjoy Fried Shrimp and Onion Rings!Great product for gluten free diets. Great on fish and chicken.
