I have recently become a fan of UCAN. Whey products create digestion issues for me, but I like having a protein supplement to back up the high intensity activities I pursue. UCAN gives me a boost, and the “super-starch”, whatever it is, is extremely helpful. It allows me to consume something a couple hours before an activity and not bloat and not bonk. Or, if I have an high intensity late evening session, I can consume this before bed and sleep comfortably AND have sufficient fuel to sleep through the night. This is one of the better tasting non-dairy proteins I’ve tried, but, it’s still not great. I mix a couple small spoons of orange Metamucil with the chocolate UCAN and that makes the drink quite good, and gives it a little more body.Really helps me with managing my cravings and blood sugar levels.Imagine that, NO ! uCAN't put uCAN in a ....resealable bag!! Oh yes, yes they did. First and last time i ever buy protein powder in a bag and i wouldn't have bought it this time if i had known. Even the photo in the listing looks like a CAN. If they change the name to UBAG then ok.The vanilla is great tasting and helps me maintaine my blood sugar levels through the whole dayProb my go to for all energy/morning boost. Use it as part of my Ironman training nutrition.Taste good and keeps you full. I’m usually hungry within an hour or two with other protein shake and this one lasted me all morning.Disappointed in the flavor of the chocolate. usually order cocoa . not even comparable in flavor.I was looking for a powder to sustain my hypoglycemic crashes but this did not work for me.Dissolved without the a mess. Great flavor.
