I bake a lot of gluten free. The best flour I ever used was Better Batter, but it got prohibitively expensive. When I found this brand I couldn’t tell the difference between baked goods and breads I made with better batter and that made with Domata. When my local stores kept selling out and eventually stopped carrying it, I turned to Amazon.
