We are seasoned gluten free eaters and this was a great find. Typically pay far more for the one or two other brands worth having. This is a good value and texture and taste were surprisingly good. We also use this brand of spaghetti which on the whole is good too, though less satisfying because the noodles tend to stick together. I do better with GF pasta if I pour oil on top of the water and let it sit on top then slowly put the pasta in to coat it in the oil. After multiple purchases and uses, I would recommend this brand.
